I am a 33 year-old American and I took German in school.Since I live in South Florida I figured that it was time to learn Spanish.I bought several cds and books and also borrowed many of the same from the library.
After using many different products out there, I can honestly say that this inexpensive cd and book combo is the best product for your money.
It does EXACTLY what I was looking for.I have very little time to read a book, and my goal was to begin learning Spanish while I drove to and from work in my car.Unlike many other cds out there, this is great because it is one of the few that does not require the student to have a book with them while they listen to the cd.
It walks you through the basics and soon you will be able to order a beer, know your numbers, letters, tell someone that you have one son, ask someone where is the bathroom, tell someone that you like strawberries, that you do not like dogs, etc.
Once you start off with this cd and book combo you will be well on your way to moving on and using some of the other products out there.
